Thanks for checking out the blog! I'll be the main contributor (for right now). I'm Katie and I'm located in Tucson, AZ. I played a bit of golf as a teenager, but have really started focusing on golf in June 2021. I love living in the desert since we can golf all year long (unless it's 60 degrees outside...that's way too cold). I look forward to connecting with fellow golf enthusiasts and hearing your thoughts!

And yes, this is probably the best golf shot of my life...so far. It was a super windy day (with a thunderstorm rolling in). It was 150 yards to the green, with the wind coming back to the tee. I decided to pull out my 3 wood (that I normally hit about 190 yards). I hit it as hard as I could and just hoped that it didn't go too long...and it ended up about 5 feet from the hole.
